Job Description
Magnatec Systems Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists for IT positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and facilitate the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Identify job openings and technical requirements.
- Write and post job descriptions.
- Screen applicants and arrange interviews.
- Conduct background checks and present candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- Understanding of technology.
- 0-1 year recruitment experience (females preferred).
