Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter, preferably female, to join our team in Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in the BPO industry, specifically in recruitment, and hold at least a Bachelor’s degree. A strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
- Manage the hiring process from onboarding to final placement.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs.
