Job Description
HM Enterprises is seeking a dedicated HR & Recruiting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services. You will ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and offering suitable solar solutions. Additionally, you will manage office data efficiently.
