Responsibilities:
- Responsible for training analysis and maintaining the training calendar.
- Conduct training for the concerned department.
- Maintain the database of training and development.
- Support the HR Manager with administrative tasks.
- Call new candidates for job interviews for vacant positions.
- Perform any tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Education: BBA / HRM
- Experience: 1-2 Years (Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply)
