Job Description
Crumble Pakistan is seeking an HR Training and Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will analyze job functions, conduct training needs assessments, and develop training modules aligned with company goals. You will assist with onboarding and provide HR operational support, including recruitment and employee relations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, 8 months to 1.5 years of experience (food/retail industry preferred), strong HRMS and Microsoft Office skills, and effective communication. Flexibility for branch visits in Islamabad/Rawalpindi is required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs55,00.00/month
