Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate with business leaders and provide strategic HR support. Key responsibilities include employee relations consultation, workforce planning, talent management initiatives, and driving employee engagement strategies that promote a positive work environment.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in organizational development, change management, and compliance with labor laws. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with at least 3 years of HRBP experience.

Pay: Rs85,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
