Job Description
Fathom Technologies Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate to become an integral part of our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting recruitment efforts, facilitating onboarding processes, managing employee records, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities and interview scheduling.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Maintain and update employee records meticulously.
- Contribute to payroll preparation.
- Resolve employee HR-related inquiries effectively.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of HR experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
