Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment Specialist to enhance our HR team. In this role, you will oversee the complete recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to facilitating their onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and various job boards.
- Review resumes and conduct interviews to select the best candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers and ensure the integrity of the candidate database.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 1-3 years of recruitment experience, and excellent communication skills.
