Job Description

Pixarsart is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist the HR department with the hiring process, employee compensation, and ensure a fair recruitment plan. Work closely with the CEO to manage HR policies and foster a productive workplace culture.

Responsibilities include improving job knowledge, adjusting employee benefits, overseeing recruitment, and guiding the HR staff. Candidates should have up to 1 year of technical recruiting experience, a solid understanding of HR policies, and knowledge of employment laws.
