Job Description
Renove Interiors is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to lead HR at our on-site office in Industrial Area I-10/3, Islamabad, Pakistan. The incumbent will manage recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, performance management, HR policy, and compliance with Pakistan labor law. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape HR strategy, resolve workplace conflicts, and cultivate a positive organizational culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and labor law compliance
- Team leadership, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving skills
- On-site position; competitive monthly salary Rs65,00–Rs100,00
