Job Description
Xcentric Services is in search of a dedicated Human Resource Specialist to enhance our HR initiatives. Key responsibilities include facilitating a seamless onboarding process, formulating effective HR strategies, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, and overseeing employee privacy matters. The selected candidate will lead a team and conduct workplace investigations as required.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, accompanied by demonstrable experience as an HR Manager. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. We encourage female applicants with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a software house to apply.
