Job Description
Topaz Group of Companies is looking for a skilled Human Resources and Administration Manager to partner with the CEO and COO on strategic HR initiatives. This pivotal role will encompass managing hiring and training processes, creating job descriptions, and resolving employee relations matters. The manager will also work closely with the Finance Manager to coordinate payroll, maintain comprehensive HR records, and oversee administrative tasks to promote a secure workplace environment.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing employee engagement, managing compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring adherence to labor regulations. We offer a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month. This is an in-person role.
