Job Description
Trax Courier & Logistics seeks a Human Resources Generalist in Multan, Pakistan. The HR Executive supports HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, policy compliance, and employee relations. Responsibilities: manage full recruitment cycle, conduct references, facilitate orientation and exits, maintain attendance and HR databases, assist payroll, and support engagement activities. Required: Bachelor’s in HR/Business or related, strong communication, organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, basic labor law knowledge. Reports to HR Manager. Full-time, in-person role. Salary: Rs45,00–Rs55,00 per month. Experience: entry to mid-level (0–2 years).
