Job Description
Zerofy Solutions LTD is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR activities including hiring and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
- Collaborate with directors on staff needs and retention strategies.
- Maintain employee records and manage salary payments.
- Promote engagement programs to foster a positive workplace.
- Address employee complaints effectively.
- Analyze HR data for process enhancements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 1-2 years of experience.
Pay: Starting from Rs60,00 per month, based on qualifications.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
