Job Description
Al Wafiq Global Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our progressive team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication abilities while assisting the HR Manager throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities include creating and updating job descriptions, sourcing candidates from various online platforms, drafting recruitment emails to engage passive candidates, screening resumes and application forms, conducting interviews, and presenting shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
Requirements: Applicants should be familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and possess solid verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation: Rs 25,00.00 – Rs 30,00.00 per month
Note: High-performing interns may receive consideration for permanent HR roles.
