Job Description

Arkhitech is seeking motivated interns in HR/Admin to assist with recruitment, employment services, and the enhancement of our human resources through training and policy implementation.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop job descriptions and conduct candidate interviews.
• Establish recruitment and interview programs.
• Conduct employee appraisals and support management.
• Assist with career development and manage HR records.
• Handle grievances and participate in strategic management.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in a related field.
• High motivation and strong communication skills.
