Job Description
O3 Interfaces Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and organized HR Intern to support various HR functions. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding processes and help new hires acclimate.
- Participate in planning employee engagement activities.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
- Handle various HR administrative tasks.
- Help organize training sessions and track participation.
Requirements:
