You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source candidates through job boards and professional networking.
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Oversee the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation.
