Job Description

HR Solutions is seeking both fresh and experienced candidates for the position of Human Resources Officer. This role involves updating job descriptions, managing recruitment programs, and overseeing compensation plans. You will also train managers on employee coaching, resolve grievances, and evaluate HR policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 0-1 year of experience in Labor and Employee Relations

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi

Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Salary: Rs.45,00 to 50,00 per month

Job Timing: 11:00 AM – 07:00 PM
