Job Description
Meeting Matters Pvt Ltd, a premier psychology and training organization, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer. This pivotal role will center on recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain and manage employee records.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and regulations.
