Job Description
Logistics Vel is in search of a committed Human Rights NGO Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple projects and departments. The ideal candidate will manage human resources, logistics, procurement, and administrative tasks, ensuring that project delivery meets established timelines and budgets. Key responsibilities include developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), assisting with donor reporting, monitoring operational risks, and coordinating with local authorities and partner organizations.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Management, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in NGO operations. Proficient leadership, organizational, and communication skills in both English and Urdu are essential.
