Job Description
Job Description:
Assist staff and guests with computer-related issues, including software and hardware support. Responsibilities include updating software, maintaining computer status reports, and managing the hotel’s telephone system.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- 2-4 years of IT support experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Familiarity with Fidelio, Opera, Micros, and Munshi is a plus.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs37,00.00 per month
