Job Description
HRI Private Limited is actively seeking a qualified ICT Technician with 3-4 years of experience in help desk and technical support roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and network issues, along with proficiency in both Windows and Linux environments.
Your role will encompass providing technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and managing user accounts and security settings. We highly value candidates who possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
Preferred qualifications include relevant IT certifications and experience with cloud platforms and automation scripting.
