Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is actively seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Immigration Adviser to support clients navigating immigration processes for study, work, and permanent residency in various countries. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of immigration laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on immigration laws and policies pertaining to Canada, Australia, and the UK.
- Evaluate client eligibility for various visa types and propose appropriate immigration strategies.
- Prepare and submit visa applications to the relevant immigration authorities.
- Stay informed about updates in immigration laws and policies.
- Guide clients on necessary compliance obligations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
