Job Description
GR Trading Company is on the lookout for a proactive and meticulous Import Operations Officer to oversee all import documentation, shipping, and customs clearance procedures. A solid understanding of import regulations and effective coordination with suppliers are critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire import cycle efficiently.
- Prepare and verify all necessary import documentation.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Ensure adherence to customs regulations.
- Monitor shipments and maintain accurate records.
- Address and resolve any shipment-related challenges.
