Job Description
Outsource Tel is seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Call Center Representative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will handle incoming customer calls, providing exceptional service by answering questions, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting issues. Your focus will be on maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
