Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The selected candidate will handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and resolve complaints. We are looking for individuals with a bachelor’s degree or intermediate education, aged between 18 to 35 years. Fluency in English is essential, with 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in UK-based companies.
Salary: Rs 45,00 with incentives up to Rs 15,00. We offer free medical insurance. Shifts are rotational for males, while females work morning shifts only. After the probation period, work-from-home options are available.
