Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development, is looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will manage inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and handle complaints effectively.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
- Age Limit: 18 – 35 years
- Fluency in English: Required
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or call center roles, preferably with UK-based companies
Salary: Rs45,00 to Rs60,00, including an incentive of up to Rs15,00
Shifts: Rotational for males (morning, evening, night); morning only for females. Post-probation work-from-home option available.
