Job Description
ASK Development, a reputable telecommunications company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls with professionalism and positivity. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and concerns, processing orders, verifying details, handling payments, and managing customer account information.
Salary: $37,00 – $55,00 per month, including performance-based incentives.
Educational Requirement: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience: Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service roles.
Location: Islamabad is necessary.
