Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Campaign Specialist to join our team at JOBS IN LAHORE, PUNJAB. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from customers, addressing billing inquiries, service issues, and offering general support related to Xfinity services.
Your responsibilities will include resolving billing discrepancies, troubleshooting technical issues, and educating customers on our products and promotions. It is essential to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate with other departments for effective solutions.
Candidates should be available for night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM), and we provide pick & drop services. Weekends are off!
