Job Description
Brainx Solutions is looking for Fresh and experienced Male & Female Customer Service Representatives for our UK-based inbound cab support. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, managing cab bookings, responding to inquiries, and assisting with live chat.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a pleasant telephone voice. Familiarity with new software systems is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
