Job Description
A renowned telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to handle inbound customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls effectively.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for fault rectifications beyond 48 hours.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain fault records for designated regions.
- Perform special duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Inter/Bachelor’s, with 1 year of experience in a UK-based call center.
Salary: Rs45,00 – Rs60,00 per month with incentives up to Rs15,00.
Location: Islamabad / Rawalpindi. Shifts: Monthly rotational for males, morning shift only for females.
