Job Description
Call Cafe is currently seeking energetic and passionate International Customer Representatives to join our team. We are recruiting both experienced and fresh agents for our campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Make calls to international clients in fluent English.
- Follow communication scripts and respond effectively.
- Manage outbound calls timely.
- Identify customer needs and upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and good accent are essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual and responsible with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
Location: 552 B Block Satellite Town, near Homeo Sabeel Clinic, Rawalpindi. Full-time in-house position.
