Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Inbound Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing outstanding service while actively promoting our diverse range of wireless devices, plans, and accessories.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, demonstrate excellent communication abilities (bilingual candidates preferred), display technical proficiency with mobile technology, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
