Job Description

We are Ziz Tech, seeking a highly communicative and fluent English speaker for our USA-based project. Candidates must have at least 2-3 years of experience in the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage incoming communications (calls, chats, emails).
• Generate sales inquiries and provide accurate quotations.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain detailed records.
• Coordinate with design and shipping teams for seamless processes.

Job hours are 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Saturdays and Sundays off. Salary ranges from $45,00 to $80,00 plus commissions. Benefits include annual increments, bonuses, training, and paid leaves.
