Job Type: Full-Time, Office-Based
Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Breaks included)
Riz Solutions is seeking motivated and experienced agents to join our dynamic team for the Inbound Spectrum AT&T Campaign. Ideal candidates will have previous customer service experience, strong English communication skills, and a passion for outstanding service.
Your key responsibilities include handling inbound calls, providing accurate information, and resolving customer issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
