Job Description
Agile Tribe Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inbound Taxi Controller to oversee incoming booking calls from customers throughout the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for entering journey details, dispatching vehicles, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls promptly and professionally.
- Gather accurate booking information from customers.
- Utilize dispatch software to assign jobs effectively.
- Track driver progress to ensure timely service.
- Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Proficient English communication skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in taxi dispatch.
- Knowledge of UK geography is advantageous.
- Able to multitask efficiently under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs450.00 – Rs550.00 per month
