Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects for operational efficiency.
- Aid in root cause analysis and develop problem prevention solutions.
- Collaborate with operations departments for integration.
- Train ground staff on quality practices.
- Prepare SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Conduct TMS to identify process abnormalities.
- Support quality management audits.
Requirements:
- Pursuing/completed a degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proficient in MS Office; basic understanding of quality management and lean principles.
- Strong communication skills.
