Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Information Technology Specialist to join NTIS PAK – NATRINSPA Immigration Services. The ideal candidate will support, maintain, and enhance our IT systems to ensure smooth technological operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems for optimal performance and security.
- Set up new devices and install software.
- Assist in managing network infrastructure.
- Conduct training sessions on new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Proven experience in a technical support role.
