Job Description

One Stop Medical Services is seeking a dedicated Insurance Verification Specialist to confirm patients’ insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility. This critical role ensures seamless claim submissions and minimizes claim denials, contributing to accurate billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify insurance eligibility and coverage for medical services.
• Document pre-authorizations and referrals as needed.
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding plan details.
• Update patient insurance information in Prompt EMR accurately.

Qualifications:

• Preferred degree or certification in healthcare administration.
• 1+ years of experience in insurance verification or medical billing.
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance terms and coverage rules.
