Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a risk-based internal audit plan.
- Oversee operational, financial, and compliance audits.
- Evaluate internal controls and risk management processes.
- Prepare and present detailed audit reports to management.
- Lead and manage the internal audit team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5-15 years of relevant audit experience.
- Professional certifications preferred (CIA, ACCA, CA, CPA).
