Job Description
Q.S.A SURGICAL PVT Ltd is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording customer complaints in the ERP system, investigating these complaints using Quality Control tools, and initiating corrective actions in collaboration with relevant departments.
Additionally, you will support the development of our Quality Management System (QMS) according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 standards, conduct internal audits, and assist in external audits. Training staff on work instructions and developing quality reports will also be part of your role.
The successful candidate should have a BE/BSC Engineering degree and 5-6 years of relevant experience.
