Job Description
Horyzon Zero Services, based in Karachi, is actively looking for an International Customer Service Representative. This role involves being the main point of contact for customers through phone, email, and chat channels. The key responsibilities include processing orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Outstanding English communication skills.
- Minimum qualification of O Level/A Level or Intermediate.
- Proficient multitasking capabilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
