Job Description

Location: On-site, Karachi
Salary: PKR 45,00–50,00/month + Uncapped Incentives + PKR 3,00 Attendance Allowance
Shift Options: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT, 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT
Responsibilities: Assist customers through phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot issues per escalation protocols; maintain records in CRM; and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements: Proficiency in English, basic computer skills, willingness to work night shifts, and dedication to training.
