Job Description
Horyzon Zero Service is seeking an International Customer Support Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will engage with customers through phone, email, or chat, efficiently processing orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues while delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding English communication skills with a strong desire to assist others.
- Minimum qualifications of O Level/A Level or Intermediate.
- Proven ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
