Job Description
Call Cafe is currently seeking energetic and passionate International Customer Representatives to join our team. We are hiring both experienced and fresh agents for our campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make calls to our international clients; fluency in English is essential.
- Follow communication scripts when handling calls.
- Identify customer needs and upsell our campaign effectively.
