Job Description
Call Cafe is seeking energetic and passionate International Customer Representatives to join our team. We welcome experienced and fresh candidates for our campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make calls to international clients; fluent English is required.
- Use communication scripts for various topics during calls.
- Manage outbound calls efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and upsell services with clarity.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English with a good accent is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience preferred, but fresh candidates may apply.

- Basic computer knowledge needed.
Location: Rawalpindi | Full-time | Shifts: Afternoon (4 PM – 2 AM) or Night (8 PM – 6 AM) | 6 working days
