Job Description
Robust Support & Solutions is actively seeking a committed “Live Support Specialist” for our Karachi office located in PECHS, BLOCK 6. This is a full-time position with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM CST (8 PM to 5 AM Pakistan time), six days a week.
Key responsibilities include managing inventory, processing discounts and refunds, and providing technical assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of MS Office, especially Excel, alongside excellent organizational skills.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in inventory management or customer support
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
