Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a dedicated IT Assistant to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will manage workflow and service requests through our Client’s call ticketing system, perform software installation and troubleshooting, and provide general desktop support. Responsibilities also include configuring network printers and analyzing performance issues, while ensuring compliance with IP Policies and processes.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, and candidates with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position with a rotational shift.
