Job Description
Role and Responsibilities: As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and configuring operating systems and software. You will maintain our computer networks and systems while ensuring that software and hardware are regularly upgraded. Your role will also include managing the wireless network, conducting online meetings, and training employees on new programs. Additionally, you will maintain an inventory of hardware and software, provide online support during weekends, install and monitor CCTV systems, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office issues.
Qualifications: A minimum of an IT degree is required.
Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Salary ranges from Rs 40,00.00 to Rs 50,00.00 per month.
